too much going on in the tuna. otherwise sandwich was very good. comes with a side of salad but not dressing was given

I order from here at least once a week and the food and delivery is good most of the time. Except this one time when a part of the order was not delivered. I ordered a side of potatoes and it never came.

30-45 minutes? Try an hour and a half. And they forgot part of our order, blamed us for misplacing it, and it took another hour to deliver what they missed. No apology, no discount, nothing extra. And the food wasn't worth the wait. Not terrible, but not great either. Wraps and chicken were bland. Won't be ordering here again.

I ordered lunch and 2 hours later it still had not arrived. I called and was told that it had been delivered over an hour ago. I told them that no, it had not been delivered. After talking to the delivery person I was informed that they had delivered it to the wrong floor in the building, despite the fact that the floor number was written clearly on the order. The manager then told me that he would send over a delivery person to get the food from the 4th floor and bring it to me. This is after the food had been sitting out for an hour. I told him that that would not be acceptable and then he said he would redo the entire order as soon as he could get to it. At that point I told him that we would like the ordered cancelled and that we were going to order from somewhere else. 10 minutes later the delivery person showed up with our original order. They did give us the food for free, but only after it had been sitting out for an hour. We won't be ordering from there again.

I LOVE Printon's Gazpacho. BUT I ordered it today & it was fizzy. Fizzy Gazpacho = no good. I called & was told that it was my fault for not eating it "right away" (even though I had kept it in the fridge while I was in a meeting), but they'd send me a new one. A few minutes later, I got my new one but it was also fizzy. I called and they told me "If you don't like our Gazpacho, don't order it." They were very rude telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about and I must have put the soup someplace "hot" and they don't know "how hot the office is". I asked them to just stop being rude to me & credit my account. The guy put up a fight about it and finally said ok. 25 min later, no credit & I had to call seamless to get the adjustment. Terrible service. Never again.

I ordered from Printon only once. And won't order from there again. It took an hour and a half to have my food delivered and part of the order was wrong. There was no communication from the restaurant and I had to call twice to find out where my food was.

Actually, the food is good enough, it's the service that is driving me away from Printon. I do large orders at least once a week, and in the last 4 out of 5 weeks there has been something wrong with the order (wrong items, missing items, late deliveries, etc) On top of that, I did a personal order for myself yesterday and never received it, even after calling the restaurant and trying to determine where my order was. The staff is rarely helpful and often rude. I'm sure I can pay less for similar or hopefully better service elsewhere.

The food is always good but the delivery is not. It takes a long time and twice they have brought the wrong thing. The management completely brushed me off when I complained about it and had to have SeamlessWeb say something for them to take it seriously.

Food is not packaged right. Grilled panini was sent in a plastic box and by the time it reached me, the bottom half of the pannini was all soggy with the condensed steam. The sandwich was all cold too. It should have been in an aluminium foil to keep it warm and water-free.

Good quality food; nothing spectacular, but reliable. Good assortment of condiments with the quesadilla. They forgot my side salad, but immediately sent one over when I called to inform them. (They also called me very quickly after I submitted my order to let me know they were out of the bread I'd wanted for my sandwich, and to ask me what I wanted instead.)

when you ask for SLIGHTLY chopped salad, EVERYTIME they chop it to a PULP!! when they done with it, it looks like stuffing. SO SO bad- they do it everytime. its sdisgusting.
